Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business development efforts within a designated territory
  • Identify and understand customer needs to exceed their expectations
  • Responsible for selling all service offerings related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Prepare estimates and bids for potential projects
  • Negotiate contracts for projects and preventative maintenance
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities
  • Resolve problems effectively

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in commercial, industrial, facilities, or manufacturing sales
  • Preferred experience in commercial HVAC sales, but candidates with a strong sales background are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to identify and propose new sales opportunities
  • Effective time management skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Genuine empathy for customers
  • Desire to expand their territory
