Position Overview

This role offers a Monday to Friday work schedule, comprehensive benefits, a collaborative compensation structure, and paid holidays. New team members can expect to earn a minimum of $50,000 in their first year, with potential for significantly higher earnings as they gain experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master the complete sales cycle, from initial buyer engagement to finalizing sales and navigating commercial financing.
  • Assess buyer needs and preferences to recommend suitable equipment solutions.
  • Engage with customers through various channels—phone, online, and face-to-face—to create qualified sales opportunities, explore financing options, and cultivate a loyal client base that aligns with our esteemed national reputation.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members to evaluate new equipment, understand market demands, and identify specifications that meet the needs of potential commercial buyers.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a repeat customer base while efficiently addressing the influx of inquiries in the transportation sector.
