As a Senior Sales Executive at Abound by Carrier, you will be instrumental in propelling our business initiatives.
Your main objective will be to promote our cutting-edge building management solutions, focusing on sustainability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
You will collaborate closely with facility management teams and senior executives overseeing Sustainability and Property Portfolio Management, guiding them on how Abound can revolutionize their operational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to identify their challenges in managing building portfolios, showcasing how Abound can boost labor efficiency and system reliability.
• Customize solutions to assist clients in navigating operational variability and ensure immediate data access for their building assets.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and the latest advancements in building management, sustainability, and technology.
• Leverage this expertise to pinpoint and resolve critical customer pain points, such as operational inefficiencies and data accessibility issues.
• Craft and present persuasive proposals that resonate with C-level executives, emphasizing high-level business outcomes and the strategic advantages of Abound.
• Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Integrate your knowledge of software solutions with an understanding of managed services to provide comprehensive, bundled offerings that cater to clients' varied needs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within Carrier's extensive portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with essential stakeholders within target organizations.
• Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to cultivate trust and long-lasting partnerships.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives by executing effective sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends to seize new business opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ Years of Enterprise Software Sales Experience
• Willingness to Travel 70%
Preferred Qualifications
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the building or commercial real estate sectors.
• Proven track record in selling software and service solutions.
• Strong grasp of HVAC systems, building management solutions, and digital transformation in real estate.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and technological innovations in building management.
• Established network within the commercial real estate industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Pay Range
$136,950 - $191,938 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
