Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Navistar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to obtain
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
