Position Summary:
The primary role of the Sales Account Executive in Property Services is to expand a sales territory that primarily targets the Multi-Family sector. This position is accountable for profitably increasing sales to meet established objectives by identifying new clients and enhancing opportunities with current key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects through innovative outreach strategies.
- Foster and enhance relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Utilize technology to measure floor plans and generate customized pricing proposals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and profit margin goals.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of prior experience in outside sales with a strong focus on client acquisition.
- 1+ years of experience in the Multi-Family sector or a related field (property management or sales).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in technology, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of flooring products is advantageous.
Job Competencies:
- Basic technological proficiency, including MS Office applications.
- Strong communication abilities, particularly in written formats.
- High organizational skills, effective time management, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
