Position Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to become a vital member of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the success and adoption of Transmit Security's solutions among our clients.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client environments and use cases to advocate for their needs within Transmit Security.
  • Analyze clients' business and technical requirements, providing expert guidance on leveraging Transmit Solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely value realization and return on investment by collaborating with Product, Research & Development, and Professional Services teams for seamless product integrations.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges that hinder clients from realizing the full potential of Transmit products.
  • Acquire an in-depth technical knowledge of Transmit's offerings, their functionalities, and design solutions that meet clients' business and security requirements.
  • Lead the post-sales team in collaboration with Product and Research & Development teams to adapt Transmit products to meet evolving client needs.
  • Manage customer technical responses during incidents, ensuring prompt internal action.
  • Present product roadmaps and ensure alignment with clients' business objectives and priorities.
  • Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to showcase progress, identify expansion opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to enhance client relationships.
  • Conduct in-person, remote, and webinar sessions to educate clients on Transmit Product features, best practices, and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Field Engineers to explore new opportunities and provide consistent feedback on account health.
  • Take ownership of the solutions provided to clients, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven technical leadership experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, or related support roles.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead technical projects; experience in Project Management is advantageous.
  • Extensive technical expertise in Risk/Fraud and Identity and Access technologies, including SSO, SAML Federated Identity, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, and Identity Orchestration.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and frameworks like OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about cutting-edge technologies and apply this knowledge to assist clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all management levels.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing technical, business, and market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support client engagements.
