Position: Key Account Manager - Remote in the US

Role Summary:

As a Key Account Manager at Elite, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' IT frameworks from traditional on-premises solutions to innovative cloud-based systems. Your responsibilities will encompass managing client relationships, discerning their business requirements, and offering strategic counsel to maximize the potential of Elite's cloud solutions, including 3E and Electronic Billing Hub (eBH).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within designated accounts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Comprehend client business objectives, challenges, and industry dynamics to effectively position Elite's offerings.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary to strengthen client relationships and finalize expansion agreements.

Sales and Account Development:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Elite's products and services, particularly focusing on the transition to cloud solutions.
  • Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
  • Surpass quarterly and annual sales quotas and KPIs while cultivating a strong client base.
  • Proactively prospect to uncover new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and build valued relationships with law firms.
  • Manage intricate sales cycles and effectively articulate the value of our applications to attorneys, finance professionals, and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored solutions that address client needs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Elite's product suite.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, conduct workshops, and present to showcase the value of Elite's solutions.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work in close partnership with internal teams, including technical specialists, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with partners and third-party vendors to integrate and implement comprehensive solutions.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage account information, track opportunities, and forecast sales.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or Finance.
  • 5-8 years of experience in selling SaaS ERP/financial applications software.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in SaaS-based environments.
  • Ability to pursue high-value markets and extensive experience in self-generating new business.
  • Experience selling sophisticated SaaS solutions to C-Level executives, preferably within the legal sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills (both in-person and virtual).
  • Experience with ROI, cost modeling, and other quantitative techniques to educate and persuade potential clients.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Understanding of the legal marketplace, including its unique business culture, processes, value drivers, and operations.
