Job Summary: The Technical Support Specialist will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users through various support channels and tools. We are looking for candidates with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a willingness to embrace new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resetting user passwords
  • Troubleshooting login problems
  • Managing Exchange and Office 365 accounts
  • Administering security groups
  • Supporting VPN user accounts
  • Utilizing ServiceNow for ticket management
  • Conducting remote diagnostics
  • Assisting non-technical users with IT issues
  • Ensuring proper escalation of unresolved support tickets
  • Expertise in Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory
  • Providing support for a variety of devices, including mobile phones and tablets

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Windows and Mac OS environments
  • Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Prior experience in Tier 2 Technical Support roles

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Completion of Covid vaccination
  • Successful background check

Interview Process: Initial panel interview, with the possibility of a follow-up if necessary due to scheduling conflicts.
