Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a vital member of the account team, supporting multiple client accounts alongside senior leaders to fulfill comprehensive client obligations.
  • Ensure effective project management across various accounts and concurrent projects, keeping account leads and teams informed about progress and potential issues.
  • Create diverse content for client projects, including social media posts, website content, press releases, and media kits.
  • Conduct media outreach and assist with monitoring media milestones as required.
  • Review and proofread a variety of materials.
  • Oversee the review process for both client and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align on project parameters and timelines.
  • Participate in daily and weekly client meetings and interactions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our multifaceted work.
  • Provide support and mentorship to Communication Associates.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to grasp complex subject matter and effectively communicate its essence through both written and verbal means.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of social media initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an agency setting.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • A genuine interest in the biotechnology industry.
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and growth, along with a creative mindset.
