Role Responsibilities

What is the Role of a Senior Account Manager?
The Senior Account Manager orchestrates the tactical implementation of integrated and digital marketing strategies while maintaining a strong understanding of the agency-client dynamic. This position requires the ability to integrate strategic planning within the broader context of account management.

Collaborating with the Project Management Office, Creative teams, and Subject Matter Experts, the Senior Account Manager utilizes data and insights to formulate robust project plans. Acting as the primary liaison for clients and agency partners, this role spearheads campaign development and project planning, providing day-to-day support for broader strategic initiatives alongside the Account Supervisor and/or Account Director.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for identifying and fulfilling client needs while aligning with internal processes to ensure the successful initiation, management, and execution of all related initiatives. This encompasses leading client presentations, facilitating internal project discussions, and engaging with a highly collaborative and extensive account team.

Qualifications

What Qualifications are Required?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience, including client-side brand teams, consultative roles, advertising agencies, and/or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing and advertising, particularly in digital and print execution; comprehensive understanding of marketing and digital strategies, media, and technology.
  • Proven client relationship management skills with a track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage projects to successful and collaborative conclusions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to extract insights from data.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies.
  • Leadership and staff development capabilities.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Capacity to oversee multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation: EVERSANA is dedicated to offering competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000, subject to adjustments based on relevant experience and qualifications.
