Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Sales Incentive Compensation team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales performance and ensure timely and accurate compensation payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales incentive compensation strategies to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation payments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams, sales operations, and data providers to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales incentive compensation, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with sales compensation software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
