Lead Sales Incentive Strategist

We are a health technology company, built around the belief that every human matters. We are seeking a Lead Sales Incentive Strategist to join our team in Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA. This role will lead strategy, operations, and analytics for our North America Sales teams, ensuring performance accuracy in tools and pay.
About the Role
This is an office role that requires full-time presence in the company's facilities. The pay range for this position is $105,000 to $180,000. In addition to the base pay, other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered. Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, operations, and analytics for our North America Sales teams, ensuring performance accuracy in tools and pay.
- Drive decision-making, tool setup, and improvements for timely and accurate sales compensation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to review and analyze data to ensure sales reps are accurately credited for transactions.
- Support audit deliverables related to Commission payouts and provide assistance related to Sarbanes-Oxley testing of Sales Compensation processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the field of Sales Incentive Compensation; MBA or Masters in relevant area is preferred.
- Minimum five years of people management experience in a transactional role, preferably Sales Incentive administration or Sales operations for a complex business with multiple Sales Incentive Compensation plans.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining high-performing teams to drive a common vision.
- Demonstrated experience with functionality and operations of Sales Incentive Compensation software (Anaplan experience preferred, but not necessary).
- Strong PC/Technical Skills Required: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
