Job Title: Senior Sales Manager for Business Development

Job Summary:

Lexus of Nashville and Lexus of Cool Springs are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager for Business Development to lead our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, including desking deals, strong internet skills, and a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, respond, and develop internet leads
  • Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication
  • Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Receive credit applications (manually and online)
  • Maintain CSI, gross average, and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads
  • Appraise customer vehicles

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years in Automotive Sales Management
  • Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership and training skills
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, and drug test
  • Valid driver's license
