The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our Air & Sea Division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. Your expertise in air and sea freight will be crucial in identifying market trends, crafting competitive solutions, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Air & Sea Division.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
