Senior Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation to lead our North America Sales teams. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales compensation strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives
- Lead a team of sales compensation analysts to ensure accurate and timely compensation payments
- Collaborate with sales management and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales compensation programs
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales compensation or a related field
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
