Job Opportunity

Sales Focus Inc., a leading provider of sales outsourcing, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of outside sales reps, achieving individual sales quotas, and providing businesses with an alternative to their energy source, offering savings on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a team of outside sales reps
  • Achieve individual sales standards and quotas
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Outside sales management experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of the energy industry a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
