Senior Regional Sales Manager

Smithfield Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving regional sales goals through effective sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Increase distribution of product lines through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
• Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute sales plans to promote product lines and achieve regional sales goals
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 8+ years' relevant experience
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
