Territory Manager

Johnstone Supply LLC, a leading wholesale distributor of HVACR equipment, parts, and supplies, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and business development in our North American territories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of sales experience in the HVACR industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of the HVACR wholesale distribution business and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
