The VMware Customer Success Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for expanding customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with SHI sales teams.
Responsibilities- Manage customer experiences through regular meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Execute vital performance indicators, including customer retention, growth, and acquisition metrics.
- Collaborate with SHI sales to review VMware roadmaps with stakeholders, driving mutual understanding and alignment.
- Superior organizational skills and project/time management abilities
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
- Deep understanding of VMware products, licensing, services, and renewal strategies
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $140,000, inclusive of base salary and bonus. The compensation package is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
