Job Summary

The VMware Customer Success Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for expanding customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with SHI sales teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer experiences through regular meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  2. Execute vital performance indicators, including customer retention, growth, and acquisition metrics.
  3. Collaborate with SHI sales to review VMware roadmaps with stakeholders, driving mutual understanding and alignment.

  • Deep understanding of VMware products, licensing, services, and renewal strategies
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $140,000, inclusive of base salary and bonus. The compensation package is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
