About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Success Lead - LATAM Region to join our team in Mexico and LATAM region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across the LATAM region.
- Develop and execute regional customer success strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer executives and champions.
- Monitor customer success metrics to ensure that LeanDNA's solution is driving results.
You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of LeanDNA's solution into customer operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional customer success strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of LeanDNA's solution into customer operations.
- Monitor customer success metrics to ensure that LeanDNA's solution is driving results.
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
