Noonlight, a pioneering force in modern safety solutions, is seeking an exceptional Customer Success Business Partner to join their team. This strategic role demands expertise in fostering long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring seamless integration of Noonlight's cutting-edge technology into their operations.
In this dynamic position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide tailored support and drive revenue growth through customer success initiatives. Your proficiency in verticals such as Commercial Security, Home Security, and Wellness will be invaluable in helping our customers deliver unparalleled safety and security solutions to their users.
The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, they excel in fast-paced environments and are adept at supporting complex technical products. A Bachelor's degree or advanced education is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion within key accounts
- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide targeted solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product integration and delivery
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and growth
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
