About This Opportunity

SafetyCulture is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for partnering with our strategic and enterprise customers to understand their business objectives and deliver ROI throughout the customer lifecycle.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, advocating for your customers' requirements to internal teams and educating them on new products, features, and best practices. Your goal will be to provide a level of service that inspires our customers to champion SafetyCulture.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer success by managing a portfolio of customers, focusing on deep product activation and engagement.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to identify areas of opportunity and ensure non-event renewals.
  • Develop strong relationships with your customers, understanding their current and future business goals and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, enabling the best customer experience possible.
  • You will be a product expert, advising customers on best practices using the SafetyCulture platform.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to influence the product roadmap and drive customer adoption.
