Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team at Tailos. As a key member of our Commercial Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring successful product adoption across our customer base.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for your assigned book of business, conducting customer-facing activities to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities. Your deep understanding of automation technology and exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively manage relationships with customers, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize value derived from our solutions.
A minimum of four years of experience in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience is required. Prior experience in automation, smart home, robotics, or other high-technology industries is also preferred. If you possess a results-oriented mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
