Customer Success Executive

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive revenue growth and retention. Your primary focus will be on renewals and upsells within the Self Service segment, where you will leverage your negotiation skills to maintain aggressive gross revenue targets.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet their requirements. This includes creating and executing upsell pipelines, resolving escalated account issues, and managing contract-related inquiries. Your strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will enable you to meet or exceed customer retention goals.
We are seeking an individual with experience in sales, account management, or customer success, who has a proven track record of negotiating customer contracts. Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Gmail, Sheets, etc.) is essential, as well as exceptional time management fundamentals and negotiation capabilities.
In addition to a competitive salary ($80,000 - $120,000 per annum), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, employee assistance programs, parental leave, and a 401(k) savings plan.
