Head of Customer Growth

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year.

Tarvos Talent is seeking a talented Head of Customer Growth to lead our client's Customer Success function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic planning, leadership, and innovation.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of customer-centric initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure team performance and customer success, ensuring continuous improvement and success across the board.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Success team, establishing strategies and processes for customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 9+ years of experience in Customer Success, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing CS teams.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships and drive results.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with customer success tools and process implementation.
