Do you have what it takes to lead a high-performing customer success operations team?

We are seeking a talented GLOBAL CUSTOMER SUCCESS STRATEGIST to join our Revenue Operations team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through operational efficiency. Your expertise in customer success operations will be instrumental in aligning go-to-market efforts across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal achievement of revenue targets.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success operations strategies, focusing on process improvements, automation, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Global CS leadership to identify and implement strategic initiatives enhancing customer onboarding, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.
- Design operational KPIs and targets aligning with company goals, driving accountability across the customer success function.
- Analyze and optimize customer success processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual work, and improve customer success team productivity.

Requirements

This role requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in customer success operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS company. You should have proven experience in managing and scaling operations within a customer success function. Additionally, you should possess proficiency with CS tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and BI tools (e.g., Mode, Looker). SQL skills are highly desirable. You should also be highly data-driven, with a deep understanding of metrics, KPIs, and customer health scores. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential.

At Canva, we offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
