Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for minimizing customer & revenue churn on non-managed accounts. This involves leveraging data and analytics to identify 'at risk' customers, engaging with them to resolve concerns, and implementing creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
* Researches and analyzes current accounts for signs of efficiency and potential for monetization
* Utilizes Salesforce, Looker, and other tools to identify areas for improvement
* Works closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
* Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Escalates key issues to product teams for resolution
* Develops and implements process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS software
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
