">Job Description
We seek an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team and play a critical role in driving revenue and expanding our presence in key markets, particularly in the SaaS and e-commerce sectors. As a leader in our company, you will execute a vision and strategic plan for the customer success department with a focus on driving product adoption and growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements.
">Key Responsibilities
- Lead a global customer success team
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Enterprise accounts
- Establish an efficient customer onboarding process
- Define and track performance metrics for customer success
- Create internal systems and processes to manage account growth
- Reneew and grow existing subscriptions
- Identify opportunities to increase customer profitability
- Collaborate with business heads to deliver maximum customer retention and revenue
Requirements
- 10+ years of customer success experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- Experience in growing and scaling a customer success team
- Ability to build new operational processes
- Proven experience in driving customer experience strategy
- Responsible for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
