Customer Success Strategic Partner

Liquibase is a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the DevOps space. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to drive customer success and satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing relationships with key customers, developing joint success plans, and providing expertise in operational best practices. You will also lead customers through the lifecycle stages, including implementation, adoption, and renewal.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive customer adoption, retention, growth, and overall satisfaction.
- Develop joint success plans with customers, translating desired business outcomes into actionable objectives.
- Provide expertise in operational best practices and help customers establish a Liquibase Center of Excellence.
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Facilitate learning by leading or supporting workshops and demos to help customers maximize the benefits of Liquibase.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or consulting in customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to engage with technical engineering audiences, from end-users to executives.
- Solid technical foundation, ideally in DevOps and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: This position offers an estimated salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, dependent on location and experience.
