About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service/ECommerce Product Specialist to join our team at Hustler Hollywood. As a key member of our ecommerce division, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our website, including product listings, customer inquiries, and website content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Update website content, product pricing and descriptions, and respond to customer inquiries across all our publishing sites.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and escalate emergencies to leadership team.
  • Ecommerce Operations: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports, monitor key KPIs, and provide insights to improve website performance.
  • Product Listings: Add new products to ecommerce website following strict guidelines and SEO best practices, and research and add missing information to ensure all listings are optimized.
  • Content Creation: Use AI tools to create content, product descriptions, and modify images for listing products on ecommerce website and marketplaces.
  • Image Management: Crop, edit, resize, modify, and create new product images on ecommerce website.
  • SEO and User Experience: Review, update, and fix website content for SEO and optimal user experience.
  • Vendor Management: Read and review vendor assets to be used during product entry onto the ecommerce website.
  • Marketplace Management: Collaborate and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Deadlines and Merchandising: Meet deadlines for product entry to ensure no delays of marketing campaigns launches, and review merchandising on website and provide feedback to relevant parties.
Requirements
  • Ecommerce Experience: 4+ years of experience in ecommerce with a strong ecommerce background.
  • Technical Skills: At least 2+ years of WordPress and/or WooCommerce experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
  • Customer Support: 2-3 years of customer support experience within ecommerce.
  • Administrative Support: 2-4 years of administrative support experience.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly developed attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Preferred Experience
  • Amazon Experience: Experience with Amazon store and listing on marketplaces.
  • SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of internet best practices and the impact they have on SEO.
Work Environment

This role will be based in a fast-paced and high-performing work environment, and may be exposed to adult content while performing job functions.
