Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to join our team. As a Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
- Prospect for new customers and sell bundled services
- Develop and implement a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within the assigned territory
- Work with Account Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely administrative work
- Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities
- Meet and exceed performance standards as defined by the department Standards of Performance (SOP) and the Spectrum Way Sales Model
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets
The Business Account Executive will work in an office environment and/or outside environment with exposure to inclement weather. The position requires moderate noise levels.

Base pay for this position generally ranges from $47,800.00 to $94,900.00, with a commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
