Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of law firm clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of law firm clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and actively pursue new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients, helping them navigate business challenges.
  • Develop and implement account management plans to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to client accounts and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Legal industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
