Legal Soft Solution is seeking a skilled Account Manager to manage a portfolio of law firm clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and helping them achieve success.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a strong understanding of the legal industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of law firm clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and actively pursuing new business.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Providing strategic advice to clients, helping them navigate business challenges.
- Developing and implementing account management plans to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to client accounts and business development efforts.
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and holidays are offered. This is an in-office position at our Phoenix office.
