About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at TurtleTree. As a key member of our commercial growth team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive commercial growth and expansion.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development specialists to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
