About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Counterpart, Inc. - Industrial Metal Fabrication. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and relationships with insurance brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers to drive business growth and development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or business development
- Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and relationships
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
