About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join Lifeworks Services as a Regional Accounts Development Manager. In this role, you will be part of the Employer Health business team, participating in and driving activities that lead to growth across our Employer Health business. You will work closely with leaders and teams across Account Management, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance, and others to ensure that campaigns are successfully executed in line with our strategy.

Job Description

  • Sell direct to employers through broker/consultant relationships and cold outreach
  • Develop new broker and channel partner relationships
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline to ensure quota target coverage
  • Fundamental understanding of traditional RFP processes
  • Meet quarterly and annual financial targets
  • Sell well-being solutions through both direct and broker/consultant channels
  • Enthusiastically represent Lifeworks Services in business presentations, relationships, community efforts, and general networking activities
  • Nurture existing partners to develop long-term channel relationships
  • Communicate professionally, crisply, and confidently. Must be able to passionately articulate the Lifeworks Services business proposition and ROI model
  • Maintain responsibility for full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close of sale, with a heavy focus on prospecting

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or other customer-focused academic curriculum
  • 5+ years' record of accomplishment of selling business value-driven software solutions and consistently meeting and exceeding annual quotas of $750,000+
  • Demonstrated sales success experience within employee benefits, human capital management (HCM), or a closely related industry
  • Understanding of EAP, the Insurance industry, and group benefits
  • A highly energetic, trusted, and influential relationship builder with strong attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and expert negotiation skills
  • Strong outreach/cold calling skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, professional maturity, and the ability to think and act strategically
  • Exceptional drive, energy, and communication/presentation skills
  • Demonstrates a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, and problem-solvers mindset
  • Ability to evangelize to and advocate on behalf of channel partners/brokers
  • Experience working with Salesforce or comparable CRM
  • Estimated 30% travel

Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package that includes an estimated salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
