Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process from interview to close, and developing partnerships with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and results-driven, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will also require a strong understanding of sales tools and techniques, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, plus uncapped quarterly commissions. You will also receive 20 days annual vacation, 5 sick days, and 11 paid holidays, as well as access to mental health support through Lyra and a comprehensive benefits package.
