**About the Role:**

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales and Business Growth Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in assigned dealer accounts, focusing on major market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies and engagement plans with local sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist dealers with alliance contract management, including pricing, terms, and profitability.
  • Meet and grow revenue goals for assigned accounts, planning sales and business development opportunities, and budgeting accordingly.
  • Negotiate and maintain sales or service contracts, demonstrating mastery of consultative selling processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years' sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
