Regional Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Boston area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, employee stock purchase plan, 401K employer matching, education assistance, paid time off, and more.
Job Responsibilities- Manage a customer and geographical sales territory to ensure customer needs are met and budgeted sales and gross profit objectives are achieved/exceeded.
- Prospect for new business and customers using effective sales techniques and tools.
- Build trust and credibility with customers by understanding their distribution, product, and strategic needs, and resolving issues and opportunities.
- Effectively manage assigned sales territory through effective time management, establishing goals and objectives, and maintaining regular contacts with all customers based on account volume, opportunities, and needs.
- Develop customer-specific strategies and utilize marketing and presentation materials, sales support staff/tools, and company CRM effectively.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2-4 years of foodservice or vending sales experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of foodservice or vending sales experience are preferred.
