About the Role
As a Regional Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our Boston office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of a regional marketing and business development program.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead all New England-specific marketing and business development efforts, working closely with our firmwide marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and engagement. Your focus will include supporting executive relationship building, executing regional events, facilitating conference participation, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future marketing strategies.

Your Impact
You will be responsible for managing numerous deadline-driven projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate the ability to proactively develop strategy, as well as strong organizational and project management skills to bring those strategies to life. We are seeking a collaborative team member, a strong communicator, and someone who is excited about the opportunity to pilot new ideas in our market.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in marketing or business development. You will also need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A passion for the nonprofit sector and experience working with fundraising firms would be highly beneficial.
