As an Airport Operations Supervisor, you will manage all operations at our airport facility, ensuring smooth and profitable operations while maintaining high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.


Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all activities related to customer service at the rental counter, coordinating vehicle rentals, promoting additional products to customers, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of returned vehicles for subsequent rentals.

Planning and implementing staffing schedules based on operational demands and transaction volumes while supervising both exempt and nonexempt staff.
Coordinating the transportation of customers between rental counters and vehicles or from vehicles to the airline terminal.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Providing statistical data related to transactions and revenue forecasts.
Assisting management in the formulation of the annual budget.
Monitoring current gasoline pricing.
Implementing HR policies.

What we seek:
A BA/BS - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 1 year of leadership and management experience.
Preferred experience in vehicle rental, human resources, training, customer service, and general operations.
A solid understanding of profit and loss statements.

Strong decision-making capabilities and independent judgment to formulate operational strategies within established guidelines and in alignment with business objectives.

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Ability to review various reports and data sources to determine the most effective course of action.

Exceptional management skills, with the ability to guide and support a large team.

Outstanding communication skills, enabling clear articulation of the company vision and accurate day-to-day operational information to diverse audiences, including staff, management, independent contractors, and vendors.

Strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure seamless daily operations with precise and detailed record-keeping.
Effective time-management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring high-quality service to customers and prioritizing operations based on their rental needs.
Proficient problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to drive performance among staff to achieve district objectives.
Familiarity with MS Office, BART & O2.
Availability for travel.
