Join Our Team: Become a part of our Hawaii Contract Services team and enjoy a sign-on bonus upon successful completion of training. Our mission is to provide a warm welcome to our guests while ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Interview Process: Candidates may go through a structured interview process, which includes:
- A brief telephone interview
- A group video interview
- A final video interview
Successful candidates will be invited to participate in training sessions held in a designated location.
Role Responsibilities: As a Guest Service Agent, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service at the ticket counter and gate.
- Assist guests with check-in and baggage handling.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage and is governed by a collective bargaining agreement. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available as per the agreement.
Work Schedule: Schedules are determined based on seniority, with shifts typically being:
- Full-time: 8 hours per shift
- Part-time: 5 to 6 hours per shift
Flexibility is required, as shifts may vary based on operational needs.
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Willingness to accept any assigned shift.
- Completion of a pre-employment drug test and background checks.
- No visible body art while in uniform.
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the airline industry.
- Customer service experience in hospitality.
