Role Summary: The Electrical Field Operations Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all electrical field activities and resources associated with assigned projects. This includes troubleshooting, ensuring quality output, surpassing customer expectations, and managing project scope to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects are meticulously planned, organized, executed, and evaluated to meet company objectives and enhance performance.
- Leadership and Management Accountabilities (LMA) encompass:
- Team development that fosters collaboration.
- Quality assurance in installation planning and ongoing assessment.
- Cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Expertise in forecasting.
- Oversee job site safety compliance and serve as the primary contact for negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Schedule and manage manpower effectively.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven history of ownership and high performance.
- Current Hawaii ES (preferred) or EJ License.
- In-depth understanding of Building Codes and technical electrical systems, including both above-ground and underground installations.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in construction scheduling and cost control, with the ability to supervise teams of up to 50 personnel.
- Demonstrated success in delivering safe projects on time and within budget.

- Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
