Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests at the ticket counter and gate
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and goals
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. when checking in guest bags
  • Ability to accept any work shift awarded
  • Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and random drug testing
  • Ability to fulfill comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting to satisfy company security requirements

  • Airline experience
  • Customer service experience in the hospitality industry
