Interview Process: Candidates may undergo a structured interview process that includes:

Successful candidates will participate in training sessions designed to equip you with the necessary skills for the role.

Role Responsibilities: As a Guest Service Agent, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on Hawaiian hospitality.
  • Assist guests with check-in and boarding processes.
  • Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits: This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement, with a starting pay rate of $11.59 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage as per the agreement.

Work Schedule: Schedules are determined by seniority, with shifts typically set at 5 days on and 2 days off. Flexibility is required, as operational needs may necessitate early reporting or extended hours.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Willingness to accept any assigned shift.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
  • No visible body art while in uniform.
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the airline industry.
  • Customer service experience in hospitality.
