Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall performance of the airport location, including staffing, profitability, and contract retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Manage the airport's P&L, achieving annual revenue and EBITDA goals.
  • Ensure the efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with employees, facility management, airline management, and government officials to resolve work-related problems.
  • Inspect equipment, perform emergency maintenance, and report maintenance needs.
  • Assess training needs of staff and arrange for or provide appropriate instruction.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or higher, college preferred.
  • Computer and smartphone proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Previous experience in performing quality mechanical and electrical maintenance.

  • Technical or other training.
  • Previous experience in a management role.
