Key Responsibilities:

How Will You Contribute?

  • Oversee daily station operations by directing and coordinating the activities of Agents/Clerks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure sufficient operational coverage by managing scheduling and workforce allocation.
  • Uphold a safe, reliable, and consistent operational framework.
  • Conduct observations of Agents to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Organize and deliver local training sessions, including onboarding for new hires.
  • Address and resolve operational and customer service challenges.
  • Adhere to the company uniform policy and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Participate in operational conference calls, conduct station audits, and prepare various reports.
  • Maintain accurate records related to time and attendance, personnel files, and performance evaluations.
  • Perform Station Agent duties as necessary, which include both ramp service and customer service tasks.

Agent Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating a welcoming experience for passengers by providing seamless check-in and ticketing services.
  • Utilizing reservation and ticketing software to manage itineraries, issue boarding passes, and process applicable fees.
  • Communicating essential information to passengers regarding their travel and belongings.
  • Guiding aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely departures and arrivals.
  • Handling passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials, including lifting items up to 75 lbs.
  • Operating ground equipment to assist with aircraft movements and baggage handling.
  • Collaborating with the internal team to ensure safe and punctual departures.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and serviceability of aircraft interiors and lavatories, as well as tracking baggage in the Baggage Service Office.

Who Are We Seeking?

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license; some restrictions may apply.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice as operational needs arise.
  • Capability to perform duties in various weather conditions and under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service.
  • Previous airline experience, including familiarity with ticketing systems and ramp operations, is advantageous.

Additional Information:

  • Visible tattoos, body piercings, and tongue rings are not permitted while in company uniform.
  • Candidates must undergo a fingerprint-based criminal background check for airport security access.
  • Ability to secure necessary airport authority and/or US Customs security badges is required.
  • In locations handling US mail, passing a US Postal Service background check is mandatory.
  • This position may be subject to Department of Transportation regulations regarding drug and alcohol testing.
