Position Title: Manufacturing HR Representative

Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Hiring: Assess and review job applications, collaborating with management to confirm qualifications. Conduct interviews, screen candidates, verify references, extend job offers, and manage onboarding paperwork.

2. Employee Relations: Serve as a primary resource for employee inquiries regarding policies, programs, and benefits. Implement initiatives designed to foster positive employee relations through effective application of organizational policies.

3. Manufacturing Support: Offer guidance and assistance to managers and supervisors within manufacturing environments.

4. Additional Duties: Regularly update job descriptions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct exit interviews and engage in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with eight years of pertinent experience.

2. Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and computer skills.

3. Preferred experience in a manufacturing setting and in employee relations.
