Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible forthe day-to-day operations of the full-cycle Talent Acquisition process whilemaintaining focus on short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies. This role will represent the PPC Partners companies' brands to attract top talent and promoteour career opportunities, while building and maintaining relationships withindustry, veteran and other diversity organizations and talent sources. Strongcommitment to diversity and employee engagement are major focus areas.

  • Develop and implement effectivesourcing strategies for current and future roles
  • Screen, interview andrecommend candidates for hire, influencing, motivating and maintaining theinterest of strong candidates.
  • Manage "Best in Class" candidate experiencesthroughout the interview and on-boarding process. Leveraging research,analytics, and industry insights to attract best talent.
  • Develop and maintainstrong relationships with internal hiring managers and extends offers toselected field and office employees.
  • Proactive and strategic sourcing of high quality candidatesacross several geographic areas and job functions. Particular emphasis placedon utilizing a variety of sourcing mediums including recruitment websites, jobboards, social media, local area resources, and internally developed recruitingcampaigns strategically designed to source talent.
Requirements:

This position requires a charismaticrecruiter with a passion for placing people drive for construction projectmanagement work. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment andcontribute immediately.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading in-house recruiting efforts
  • Experience with hiring in Construction and Engineering.
  • Abilityto evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualificationswith managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Knowledgeof posting process best practices and ability to determine job requirementsand salary range jointly with manager
  • Abilityto recommend organization communications to increase the attractiveness ofthe role, company and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
    Experiencedwith legal requirements of hiring, current legislation, projected changes,other applicable regulations and can educate managers in how to recruit whileremaining compliant of the law.
  • Effectivenegotiating skills
  • Extensiveknowledge of online job websites and applicant tracking softwareprograms
