Northbound Executive Search is representing a prominent Hedge Fund in their search for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HYBRID) to support the administrative and recruitment functions within the HR department.

This position emphasizes the onboarding, sourcing, and recruitment of exceptional talent for the organization. It presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with the HR team and contribute to both HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, conference calls, and appointments for HR professionals.
• Arrange travel and develop itineraries for candidates, including accommodations and transportation.
• Coordinate with drug testing and background check service providers.
• Advertise open positions on various job boards.
• Serve as the liaison between hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
• Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for the division.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire documentation and establishing onboarding procedures.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a corporate setting, ideally with exposure to HR functions.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with vendors, clients, and brokers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hybrid work arrangement available.
